As soon as the client starts training!  The human body can naturally lose weight incredibly fast but, it is not always safe to do so.  There are several ways to fit into clothes with limited time but, permanent weight-loss is a process.  It truly depends on your eating regiment and the quality of the work outs.

We encourage our clients to stay active whether it is continuing equestrian riding, dance class, swimming, or going to the gym with a friend.   There are those who don’t like going back to a gym and others who continue to go when they do not have a personal session scheduled.

Training sessions can be held at the client’s home gym.  If there is no designated room, other accommodating spaces can be a tennis court, long driveway, a paved yard or a park conveniently located to the client’s office/home.

We are based in the West Hollywood Hills and travel to clients in surrounding neighborhoods such as, Hancock Park, Hollywood, WeHo, Beverly Hills, Bel-Air, Century City, Brentwood and as far as Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica and Malibu based on availability.

Yes, on a daily rate.  Please inquire for further detail.

For the most part our clients prefer to keep the days and time the same each week.

We ask that our clients reschedule at least 12 hours in advance.  However, a last minute morning cancellation will be charged the full price of the session.  Frequent cancellations can result in discontinuation of services at our discretion.

Yes.  We are respectful of the close work proximity we have to our clients.  We will honor and protect their privacy and confidentiality of any communications and personal information shared with Paulo “the trainer”.  Your personal information will not be shared with any person or organization.

A session lasts between 60 – 80 minutes.
