Not all fitness professionals can run 26 miles straight within a few hours. This weekend I finally checked off another thing off my bucket list, complete a marathon. All professional runners are skinny, they carry less weight and control their cardio very well. I am a heavy guy who loves to fit and go for morning jogs. I didn’t imagine running a marathon would be as challenging as it was. I never stopped. I was feel exhausted at mile 23 but, I was so motivated by the crowd cheering the runners on! I will definitely participate again.
